As they involve legal obligations, we advise you to review them carefully. By accessing Olympus Tourism .gr or any affiliated website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms, which are effective immediately upon use. Olympus Tourism IKE reserves the right to amend these terms online at any time.
User Accounts: To access certain features and book tours or activities, you must create a personal account and provide relevant information about yourself. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities conducted under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized account usage. We reserve the right to close accounts for reasonable cause.
Site Content: Users may contribute content, such as reviews and photos ("Content"), to the site. We may utilize your content for various purposes, including display, distribution, and advertisements. We retain the right to remove inappropriate content, and you are fully liable for any content that infringes upon third-party rights. Compensation is not provided for content used in advertisements.
Prices: Prices listed on the Olympus Tourism website are per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.
Exclusions: Prices typically exclude gratuities, personal items, lunches, and drinks unless explicitly stated otherwise. Gratuities are discretionary but greatly appreciated.
Payment: We accept VISA and MASTERCARD without additional processing fees. Full payment via credit card is required for reservations, with charges appearing as Olympus Tourism on credit card statements. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or for any utilized package, accommodation, meals, or other services.
Printing: Ensure you have a functional printer before proceeding, as you'll need to print your ticket/voucher. Please sign and bring your online ticket on the day of travel.
Transportation: Our drivers adhere to strict legal and time constraints. Drop-off points are determined by traffic conditions, with efforts made to accommodate hotel drop-offs when possible.
Guides: Tours are typically conducted in English unless otherwise arranged. Guides may operate tours in multiple languages.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited onboard, but tours include frequent stops.
Food and Drink: For safety and comfort, refrain from bringing hot food or drinks onboard.
Attire: Proper attire is required for entrance to churches and monasteries visited during tours.
Children and Seniors: Children under seventeen must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged 1-3 travel free. Seniors aged 65 and over must present a passport on the day of travel.
Pick-Up Points: Upon arrival in Athens, confirm your booking and provide your pick-up point by calling us. For other destinations, contact the local provider listed on your voucher/ticket.
Students: Students must present valid student ID at the time of booking and on the day of travel.
Cancellation: Cancellation fees vary depending on the tour or package. Detailed cancellation policies are outlined on your voucher/ticket.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Cancellations by Olympus Tourism or Suppliers: We reserve the right to cancel services with no penalties, providing a full refund.
Amendments: On-site amendments are allowed up to one hour before departure, subject to availability. Certain tickets cannot be amended.
Lost Property: While efforts are made to return lost property, Olympus Tourism is not liable for items left on board.
Personal Insurance: Travel insurance is not included; please consult your travel agent or insurance broker.
Luggage: Overnight tour allowance includes one suitcase weighing up to 20kg. Hand luggage is permitted at your own risk.
Tour Information: Seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to remove passengers whose behavior is disruptive or offensive. Tour cancellations may occur due to insufficient demand or unforeseen circumstances.
Voucher/Ticket Redemption: Present your signed Olympus Tourism voucher to redeem your tour, ticket, or package.
Special Offers: Online offers can only be booked through the website and cannot be combined with other promo codes.
Passports & Visas: You are responsible for ensuring you possess valid passports and required visas for all visited countries.
Accidents or Loss: We are not liable for loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience unless due to our negligence. Liability for employee negligence is limited to the tour cost.
Inclusions: Specific inclusions for each tour are detailed on the tour web page.
Third-Party Products: Tickets purchased through third-party suppliers are subject to their terms and conditions.
General Conditions: Tours operate based on sufficient demand. In the event of closures or road conditions, alternative arrangements will be made. Our conditions cannot be varied unless signed by one of our directors and are subject to Greek law.
